DEPARTMENT
The Village of Angelica offers police protection to its residents
through a local police department as well asCounty Sheriff and New York State Troopers. Residents access the
police for emergency situations through the 911 dispatch system operated by
Allegany County at the new offices on Route 19 south of the Village of
Belmont.Village police offer special assistance to the
residents especially during high traffic times such as when the Allegany County
Fair is in session and during Heritage Days in
August.
